I went for a run after getting home from work and that seemed to pay off when I weighed-in the next morning. Even running a few miles, i feel confident that I am burning fat for my primary energy source and I have proven that I am in ketosis. This morning for breakfast I had my coffee, but also two hard boiled eggs,. Eggs have been know to suppress appetite and give you a full feeling. And all for zero calories. For lunch I munched on roll-ups though the day. I believe I actually ate 5 separate roll-ups, but again using only meats and cheese, there are absolutely zero carbohydrates. For dinner I stopped by Publix and grapped a lemon Pepper chicken, and ate most of that. Dessert was an Atkins vanilla shake blended in the blender with a half dozen blueberries and crushed ice. Topped with a whole bunch of low carb whip cream. This has been very easy, and my appetite for sweets has been totally blocked with the use of HCG. Only 12 days left, and these have always been the tough pounds to get rid of. Last section on the weight loss injections to follow. So how do I do it?
The Fat burning formula injections are given 2-3 times each week, preferably in the morning. Each vial has approximately either contains 10 cc , or 30 cc. All you need to do is draw up 1 cc into a 1 cc TB syringe. Injections are given in the tummy area next to your navel.(subcutaneously, not intramuscular).
