WEIGHT LOSS SEEMS TO HAVE STABILIZED. MY SCHEDULE DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO RUN AND EXERCISE AS MUCH DURING THE WEEK. I LOOK FORWARD TO THE WEEKEND TO INCREASE MY EXERCISE AND THAT SEEMS TO ACCELERATE THE WEIGHT LOSS. TODAY I INCREASED MY HCG INJECTION FROM 200 UNITS TO 300. MY APPROACH TO THIS IS, BECAUSE WE HAVE A TENDENCY TOWARDS DEVELOPING SOME RESISTANCE TO THE HCG BENEFITS OF CAUSING APPETITE SUPPRESSION IF I LEAVE THE DOSE THE SAME FOR THE ENTIRE TIME. I WILL REDUCE IT TOWARDS THE END, AND THEN REMOVE ALL HCG INJECTIONS FOR TWO WEEKS TO ALLOW RESOLUTION OF ANY TOLERANCE TO THE HCG. SOME TALK ABOUT WAITING A MONTH OR TWO, BUT I HAVE FOUND THAT TWO WEEKS IS ALL THAT IS NECESSARY BEFORE RESUMING THE PROTOCOL AGAIN.
